Our glasses are hand-blown with great care. Air bubbles, streaks, slight irregularities, or minimal variations in shape and thickness may occur. These features are typical signs of genuine craftsmanship and make each glass unique – they are not grounds for complaint.

A complaint is only possible if
– the air bubble is unusually large or located directly at the rim,
– the glass’s functionality is impaired (e.g., unstable, leaky, sharp-edged),
– there is a material defect or damage.
