Fragrance description
Fresh maritime, floral, oriental scent with top notes of calone, bergamot and Sicilian lemon, combined with lavender, algae and myrtle. Cedar wood and tree moss can be found in the finish. Exclusive interior decoration for everyone who wants to enhance the space around them and display special features. The handmade lid made of briccole wood from the Venice lagoon and the hand-painted glass vase with the jacquard fabric label make a room fragrance a real eye-catcher.
The fragrance is inspired by the city of Venice and its famous Briccole. The briccole are oak (sometimes larch) wooden beams that delimit the navigable areas in the lagoon canals of Venice. Approximately every twenty years the briccoles must be replaced because they are affected by salinity and, above all, by the erosion of the marine mollusks that feed on the wood. After the certified purchase of the briccole wood used by the city of Venice, Locherber Milano works with local experienced craftsmen who use methods passed down from generation to generation to transform the wood into truly unique pieces. The lids are modeled one after the other on the lathe and carefully processed by hand. This makes them real jewels of high craftsmanship.
The scent is as fresh as a sea breeze, as sensual as the oriental spices that the Serenissima merchants brought to Europe . Venetiae tells the magic of a city that is unique in the world and a fascinating history. A fragrance that begins with iodine and citrus notes of bergamot and lemon, transforms into floral lavender and Mediterranean myrtle and seaweed aromas and ends with a woody and musky finish.
